It all started when…

We decided that it was a good idea to take this wonderful building and outstanding team onto its next chapter one fine sunny Monday afternoon in August 2025!

With the Grade II listed building, dating back to 1679. already beautifully renovated to include a contemporary glass roofed restaurant with an open kitchen, The Kings Head is now under new independent ownership and we are committed to re-establishing this beautiful pub-restaurant’s family-run charm. We are increasingly elevating our menu with Daily Specials and serving locally sourced produce, complemented with a growing wine list and delivered by our attentive, friendly team.

Please also get in touch directly for private bookings. We have a stunning 17th century vaulted private dining area that is perfect for intimate gatherings ranging from corporate breakfasts, to baby showers, family birthdays and wakes.
